How can I help you?
Each of these areas looks different – but we always start by talking about what you're facing.

Trauma and difficult experiences
You think back to difficult events, feel tension in your body, have trouble sleeping, or experience strong emotional reactions. You find it difficult to trust others or be close. Sometimes you can't even put your finger on what happened—but you know that past experiences still influence your life.

Anxiety, depression and crisis
You feel constant tension or anxiety that won't go away—or, quite the opposite, a lack of energy and desire to do anything. You find it difficult to make decisions, you feel overwhelmed, and your previous coping mechanisms are no longer working.

You're facing a cancer diagnosis—yours or someone close to you. You're feeling anxious about treatment, angry, helpless, and worried about the future. You need support during or after treatment—a place where you can talk openly about it.

About me
I work with care, openness and respect for your pace. I want you to feel heard and understood, with space to talk about what matters to you.
I hold a master’s degree in psychology, specialising in clinical and forensic psychology, from Krakow Academy, and a postgraduate qualification in clinical psycho-oncology from Jagiellonian University.
I have completed over 200 hours of training in child psychotraumatology. I have worked in clinical practice since 2013, including counselling centres, hospices and educational settings.
Psychological help for children and adolescents
Children and adolescents may experience anxiety, tension, emotional difficulties, withdrawal, or academic problems. Sometimes, these difficulties are caused by difficult life changes—parental divorce, the loss of a loved one, or illness in the family.
The first consultation usually begins with a conversation with the parent to better understand the child's situation and together determine the next steps.
When symptoms don't have one obvious cause
Many symptoms, such as difficulty concentrating, tension, or mood swings, can have multiple, overlapping causes—trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and sometimes ADHD.
In differential diagnosis, I use tools such as the DIVA-5, MOXO, Conners, and MMPI to understand exactly what you are dealing with and plan appropriate help.
What does the first meeting look like?
The first consultation lasts 50 minutes. You do not need any special preparation or a diagnosis before we meet.
