Depending on how you use this website, we process your name, email address, telephone number, information submitted through the contact form, appointment booking and payment details, IP address, device and browser information, and information about your use of the website.

Do not include detailed health information in the standard contact form. Information needed to provide psychological services is processed in accordance with applicable law and professional confidentiality requirements.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to messages, manage bookings and payments, provide services, maintain required records, keep the website secure, meet legal obligations, and analyse website traffic. Processing is based on taking steps at your request, performing a contract, a legal obligation, the controller's legitimate interests, or your consent.

4. Contact form and bookings

We use information submitted through the form and booking system to contact you, arrange an appointment, and manage your chosen service. Providing information is voluntary. Without the information required for contact or booking, we are unable to complete those activities.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses essential cookies for its operation and security. Analytics and marketing technologies are used in accordance with your choices in the cookie banner managed by Usercentrics. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, to analyse website traffic.

For marketing, we use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI), technologies provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta Pixel operates in your browser and uses cookies. Conversions API operates on the server and does not rely on storing cookies in your browser. It supplements browser-based measurement and provides an additional way to send selected event information to Meta. With the Wix integration, some event data is sent directly from Wix servers to Meta through Conversions API.

You are entitled to withdraw or change your consent to analytics and marketing technologies at any time in the cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

6. Data recipients

Data is processed by providers supporting this website and its online services, including Wix.com and providers of hosting, booking systems, email, payments, Google analytics tools, the Usercentrics consent management system, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in connection with Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising effectiveness measurement. Recipients receive only the data needed for their tasks.
