My career path

Every step along this path has shaped who I am as a psychologist and as a person. The experience I've gained, the encounters with patients, and my own personal growth allow me to serve others with greater understanding and mindfulness.

I graduated with a master's degree in clinical-forensic psychology and completed postgraduate studies in clinical psycho-oncology at the Jagiellonian University. I am currently enrolled in the four-year Dialog School of Psychotherapy, with an integrative and systemic focus, which prepares me to become a certified psychotherapist. This training provides me with the tools to flexibly adapt my work methods to the needs of individuals seeking help.

For me, professional development is an ongoing process. I have completed over 200 hours of APA-accredited training in pediatric psychotraumatology, as well as courses in Rational Behavior Therapy, TF-CBT, addiction therapy, and many others. Thanks to these courses, I can better understand my patients' experiences and support them more effectively.

I've been running a private psychology practice since 2013. At the same time, I've gained experience in clinics, health centers, hospices, educational institutions, and social organizations. I've had the opportunity to support children and adults on the autism spectrum, foster families, individuals at risk of social exclusion, as well as cancer patients and their loved ones. Each of these encounters has taught me something important about the strength, sensitivity, and courage of others.

Psychological assessment is also an important part of my practice, including ADHD (DIVA 5, MOXO, Conners), personality assessment (MMPI), and emotional and cognitive functioning assessment. I treat it not only as a set of tests, but also as a tool that allows me to better understand the patient's needs and find the most appropriate forms of support.

I am a member of the Polish Psycho-Oncological Society (PTPO), the Polish Society for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (PTDBT) and the Polish Psychiatric Association.

I conduct my work under constant supervision and always remember the principles of the Psychologist's Code of Ethics – they set the boundaries and standards of my work, but also remind me that the person and their story are always at the center of the encounter.
